Bloomington, CA (March 19, 2022) – On March 15, 48-year-old Cesar Larios of Bloomington loses his life in a bicycle accident on Cedar Avenue.

Responding officers pronounced Larios dead 10:04 p.m. at the intersection with 7th Street.
