Ceres Man Killed, Daniel Barron Involved in Motorcycle Crash on South Ninth Street
Modesto, CA (November 2, 2020) – On Saturday, a 51-year-old Ceres man died in a tragic motorcycle crash on South Ninth Street.
The fatal Modesto accident happened before 7:30 p.m. at Lombardo Avenue, wherein a 2007 Chevrolet and a 1995 Harley-Davidson crashed.
Apparently, the Ceres man was riding the motorcycle north on South Ninth Street. At the same time, a Chevy, driven by 56-year-old Daniel Barron of Modesto, was moving south.
Barron turned left into the path of the Harley-Davidson. As a result, the motorcycle struck the right rear of Barron’s vehicle.
The authorities pronounced the Ceres man dead at Doctors Medical Center. Barron on the other hand did not sustain injuries.
We at Sweet Lawyers would like to express our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
What Comes With the Pain of Losing Someone?
While the loss of a dear one is irreversible, it is crucial to be aware of what to do next. The family of the victim must become aware that they may have the authority to file a wrongful death suit. A wrongful death suit can be the most beneficial step towards recovery.
Mark Sweet, award-winning attorneys said, “The most valuable step a family can take in response to a serious accident is hiring an attorney. A wrongful death case can help your family find closure while securing your future from further losses.”
The last thing most families want to deal with is piles of paperwork, questions from insurance companies or defense attorneys, and attempting to obtain police reports.
“Our firm works tirelessly to ensure that the people we work for are granted the highest restitution possible,” says Mark.
