Pedestrian Struck, Injured by Sedan in Camarillo
CAMARILLO, CA (January 29, 2019) – A Camarillo woman was hospitalized Sunday night after she was hit by a vehicle on Arneill Road near Barry Street.
The event unfolded just before 7 p.m., according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. The woman was reportedly crossing in a busy roadway outside of a designated marked crosswalk when the northbound sedan struck her.
The victim was brought to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Reports say no one was arrested but an investigation of this crash is underway.
