SANTA CLARA, CA (March 23, 2021) – Monday morning, Cam Van Nguyen, 77, suffered fatal injuries an accident on Monroe Street near Bowers Avenue led to a road closure.
According to authorities, at around 8:20 a.m., the incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian occurred. Moreover, it shut down Monroe Street between Bowers Avenue and Francis Avenue.
