CABAZON, CA – Woman Killed in Rollover Crash on 10 Freeway at Main Street

Motorist Dies in Morning Rollover Crash on 10 Freeway in Cabazon

 
CABAZON, CA (December 17, 2018) – A woman was killed following a rollover crash Monday morning on 10 Freeway in Cabazon.
 
The fatal crash happened around 10:27 a.m. on the eastbound direction of the freeway at Main Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a red SUV was traveling eastbound when it veered off the freeway for unknown reasons. It then overturned several times down into a ditch, where it landed back on its wheels.
 
A big rig pulled over and check on the female driver who was trapped inside the car and was unconscious.
 
Fire crews along with paramedics responded to the scene and provided life-saving aid to the driver. Sadly, the woman did not survive and was pronounced dead at the scene. A coroner was immediately notified to pick up the victim’s remains.
 
No identifying information is being released at this time. Further investigation of this incident is underway.
