1 Killed in Long Beach Traffic Accident on 91 Freeway near Susana Road

 
LONG BEACH, CA (June 6, 2022) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested Bryan Tostado after a deadly big rig crash on 91 Freeway near Susana Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 1:10 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on the eastbound Artesia (91) Freeway, west of Susana Road.
 
Reports revealed that a 2004 Toyota traveling at a high rate of speed struck the center divider. Then, it rear-ended a 2022 Freightliner. As a result, the big rig lost control and veered off the roadway.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced the big rig driver dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the Toyota driver, 25-year-old Bryan Tostado, to Dignity Health-St. Mary Medical Center with minor injuries. Eventually, authorities arrested Tostado later for still unknown charges.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
