1 Person Dead in Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident on La Brea Avenue and Sunset Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 25, 2023) – Sunday morning, a brutal pedestrian crash on La Brea Avenue and Sunset Boulevard killed one person.
The incident happened at around 1:25 a.m. at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and Sunset Boulevard.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a southbound blue 2022-23 Corvette traveling at a high rate of speed struck a pedestrian. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
As a result, paramedics pronounced the male pedestrian, dead at the scene.
Moreover, officers said that the Corvette was possibly racing when the incident occurred.
