Police Search the Hit-And-Run Driver after Crash on C Street in Yuba City
Yuba City, CA (November 3, 2022) – Wednesday at noon, a 12-year-old kid sustained severe injuries in a hit-and-run crash on C Street.
The hit-and-run crash in Yuba City happened at around 12:25 p.m. on November 2.
Yuba City Police said the was victim lying in the roadway after an unknown vehicle hit him and then fled the scene.
Currently, the victim is in the hospital suffering from serious injuries including a broken back, hip, ribs, and ankle among other injuries.
Moreover, Nicole Hedrick, the victim’s mom said her son was meeting his cousin for lunch on Wednesday and was hit as he crossed the street, near the Gauche Aquatic Park.
Hendrick is asking the public for help if anyone was in the area Wednesday afternoon, or who lives in the area and may have security cameras, to please contact the family or authorities.
