Bicycle Accident in Santa Maria Injures Child
SANTA MARIA, CA (March 20, 2019) – A young boy on his bike suffered minor injuries when a vehicle struck him on South Broadway near Plaza Drive Tuesday.
The incident happened on a Santa Maria sidewalk around 5 p.m.
According to reports, the young boy riding his bicycle suffered minor injuries when a driver struck him in the 1300 block of South Broadway. The crash caused a backup due to investigations and clean up.
It is unclear at this time what had exactly happened and where the fault lies. However, an ongoing investigation continues.
