1 Dead in Fresno Bicycle Accident on Herndon Avenue and Blackstone Avenue
FRESNO, CA (May 25, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, a 74-year-old bicyclist died in a crash on Herndon Avenue and Blackstone Avenue.
The incident happened just before 5:30 a.m. on Herndon Avenue and Blackstone Avenue.
According to reports, a 74-year-old bicyclist rode across the south on Blackstone Avenue in the crosswalk. Then, a driver in a silver SUV struck him.
When the authorities arrived, they found the man with serious injuries. Thus, they transported him to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
At this time, his identity remains undisclosed due to pending family notification.
Moreover, the authorities are trying to determine the cause of the crash. Meanwhile, the driver has been cooperative with the investigation.
