1 Hurt in Mountain View Bicycle Accident on Central Expressway

 
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (June 17, 2020) – Early Monday night, a bicyclist suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Central Expressway.
 
According to the Mountain View police, the incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. on Central Expressway and Moffett Boulevard. Upon the officers’ arrival, they found the victim down in the roadway aided by good Samaritans.
 
Responders transported the victim to a hospital where he received treatment for moderate injuries.
 
The police added that they later found the 18-year-old Mountain View suspect driver. Then, they took the driver to the police department. After his interview, the police released him to family members.
 
The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office now reviews the case.
