PINOLE, CA (November 25, 2019)—A bicyclist died Saturday night after being struck by multiple vehicles on the 80 Freeway near Richmond Parkway.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident unfolded at approximately 8:15 p.m. Authorities have yet to determine whether the cyclist rode on the freeway or the off-ramp when the incident took place.

As a result of the crash, crews closed the 80 Freeway off-ramp at Richmond Parkway for investigations.
