Auto Accidents in California
According to the Association of Safe International Road Travel, more than half of all road traffic deaths occur among vulnerable road users—pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcyclists.
Also, it is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death. It is key that the victim’s loved ones know they can take power in the tragic situation, despite feeling defeated by the grief surrounding the matter.
A wrongful death suit allows families to hold parties liable for the irrevocable damages they have caused.
