Benjamin Dean Dead, Wife Injured After Driver Allegedly Runs Red Light at O’Farrell and Taylor Streets
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (July 22, 2019) – A Clovis man perished after a driver struck a pair of pedestrians Sunday afternoon at O’Farrell and Taylor streets.
According to news reports, the event turned fatal around 2:30 p.m. near Union Square.
Reports say 39-year-old Benjamin Dean and his unidentified wife were in San Francisco vacationing for their anniversary; however, as the couple began crossing the street in a marked crosswalk, a Tesla blew through a red light and struck them.
