3 Hospitalized in Napa Valley Auto Accident on Silverado Trail near Yountville Cross Road
NAPA VALLEY, CA (June 6, 2022) – Sunday morning, Bella Azalea Cazarez and two other teens sustained injuries following a DUI crash on Silverado Trail.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 12:05 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on the Silverado Trail south of Yountville Cross Road.
Reports revealed that a northbound Honda lost control, rolled over, and collided with a utility pole.
Moreover, responders transported one of the passengers of the Honda, 18-year-old Bella Azalea Cazarez of American Canyon, to a hospital with major injuries. Then, responders also transported the Honda driver, Sundari Willow Rose Lauher of St. Helena, and a second passenger, 18-year-old Estrella Gomez of Vallejo, to the Queen. Both Lauher and Gomez sustained minor injuries.
Furthermore, authorities later arrested and booked Sundari Willow Rose Lauher at Napa County jail for felony DUI.
Meanwhile, officers confirmed that two more passengers of the Honda, an 18-year-old from Pope Valley and a 17-year-old from Angwin, refused hospitalization.
The incident remains under investigation.
