BEAUMONT, CA – Pedestrian Hit, Injured by Car on Beaumont Avenue Near California Avenue

Pedestrian Hospitalized in Beaumont Crash

 
BEAUMONT, CA (January 18, 2019) – One person was hospitalized Thursday after being hit by a vehicle on Beaumont Avenue near California Avenue.
 
According to the fire department, the victim was seen pinned underneath the vehicle around 1 p.m. It appears that person was walking at the time a car had struck him or her.
 
Firefighters arrived and extricated the victim from underneath the vehicle and rushed the pedestrian to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
 
California Highway Patrol is investigating this matter and is asking the public to come forward if they know anything.
