San Luis Obispo, CA (April 30, 2024) – 65-year-old Bayani Naguit of Morro Bay was killed in a Costco pedestrian accident Tuesday afternoon.

It was about 4 p.m. on April 23 when Naguit was hit by a car in a Costco parking lot.

Immediately, he was taken to a hospital but he later succumbed to his injuries.

Officers said the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with their investigation. According to them, they do not suspect impairment played a role and no arrests were made.
