Anthony Hinojoza Hit, Killed by Driver Near First Street and Portola Avenue

 
LIVERMORE, CA (January 18, 2019) – A 51-year-old Livermore man was killed Wednesday evening in a pedestrian crash near First Street and Portola Avenue.
 
Authorities are investigating this deadly pedestrian crash that happened around 7:10 p.m. and claimed the life of 51-year-old Anthony Hinojoza, of Livermore.
 
Police shut down all westbound lanes of First Street to investigate what had happened.
 
It is unclear whether Hinojoza was in a crosswalk at this point, but investigators are diving in deeper to learn more.
