Andrew Steppan Dies After 3 Cars Collide on El Evado Road Near Seneca Road
VICTORVILLE, CA (January 2, 2019) – A 16-year-old pedestrian was killed Sunday night after three cars collided on El Evado Road near Seneca Road.
The incident is under investigation by authorities, who are encouraging anyone with information regarding this crash to call (760)241-2911.
Around 7 p.m., just north of Seneca Road, a white Ford pickup truck, a gray Honda Accord and a silver Honda Civic collided under unknown circumstances. All drivers exited their respective vehicles and found 16-year-old Andrew Steppan unresponsive in the roadway.
The Victorville teen was rushed to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, where despite life-saving efforts, he died at 8:28 p.m. Another motorist was treated at the scene by medical personnel for minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating which car initially struck Steppan and what caused this deadly collision.
