Andrew Rios Dies in Interstate 215 Pedestrian Accident [San Bernardino, CA]

San Bernardino, CA (August 26, 2021) – On Wednesday, 22-year-old Andrew Rios of Ontario, lost his life in a pedestrian accident on  Interstate 215.

The CHP responded to the accident scene at about 10:13 p.m. near Palm Avenue.

When they arrived, they pronounced Rios dead on scene at 10:25 p.m.
