Motorcyclist Alexander Ventseslavov Dies after Crash on Cave Creek and Utopia Road in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (February 16, 2022) – Tuesday morning, 46-year-old Alexander Ventseslavov died in a motorcycle vs truck crash on Cave Creek and Utopia Road.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at around 11:30 a.m. on February 14.

Phoenix Police said a man operating a Peterbilt truck made a left turn onto Utopia Road and crashed with a motorcycle driven by Ventseslavov, traveling north on Cave Creek Road.

Moreover, the impact of the collision caused the motorcycle to continue across the roadway into oncoming traffic, striking another vehicle.

Ventseslavov died at the crash scene. No word on others involved.

Police said neither impairment nor speed is a factor in this collision.

Further investigation is underway.
