Alejandro Espinoza Ruiz Killed in Oceano Dunes Off-Roading Accident by Sand Highway

 
OCEANO, CA (June 27, 2021) – Saturday, Alejandro Espinoza Ruiz, 32, died in an ROV crash near Sand Highway 22.
 
According to Chief Ranger Kevin Pearce, the incident happened by Sand Highway 22.
 
Moreover, it took place around 12:15 p.m. in Oceano Dunes.
 
Furthermore, reports revealed that lifeguards, Cal Fire, and State Park Rangers responded to the scene.
 
Indeed, they located a vehicle in the 20-foot dune.
