HARRIS COUNTY, TX (October 8, 2024) – On Monday, an alarming DWI crash on West Sam Houston Tollway North and Highway 290 led to injuries.
The incident happened on West Sam Houston Tollway North and Highway 290.
According to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, a suspected drunk driver rear-ended a deputy constable who was helping a stranded commercial vehicle.
Moreover, responders transported the deputy to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
Furthermore, authorities said that the suspect driver showed multiple signs of intoxication, and will be booked into the Harris County Jail for DWI.
