2 People Hurt in San Antonio DUI Accident on Ingram Road and NW Loop 410 Access Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 14, 2023) – Sunday morning, an alarming DUI crash on Ingram Road and NW Loop 410 Access Road injured two people.

The incident happened at around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of the 6500 block of Ingram Road and NW Loop 410 Access Road.

According to the San Antonio police, a Cadillac Escalade ran a red light and struck a Nissan. Then, the Cadillac driver attempted to flee the scene on foot but was taken into custody.

Moreover, responders transported the Nissan driver, a 51-year-old woman, and her passenger, a 32-year-old man, to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested the Cadillac driver for DUI, Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Moving, Driving While Intoxicated, and Evading on foot.

At this time, the circumstances involved in the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
