Bakersfield, CA (March 09, 2021) – On Monday, 25-year-old Alan Olmedo died in a tragic DUI crash on Alfred Harrell Highway.
 
The fatal accident happened minutes after 1 a.m east of Hart Park.
 
Olmedo was driving a white Acura RSX westbound on Alfred Harrell Highway at a high rate of speed.
 
Olmedo failed to negotiate a left turn and his car drifted off the north road edge and went 12 feet down the embankment.
