Megan McDaniel Killed in Wrong-Way Collision on Interstate 90
Spokane, WA (May 3, 2024) Early Thursday morning, 59-year-old Alan Chang of Spokane, and 24-year-old Megan McDaniel from Spokane Valley died in a horrific wrong-way collision on Interstate 90.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the 2-car crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. on westbound I-90.
Reports say that McDaniel was driving eastbound on the westbound side of the freeway at Altamont and collided with Chang’s vehicle.
Officials pronounced both drivers dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the fatal collision and have not released further information at this time.
