Aaron Iribe Injured in Fatal Solo Vehicle Crash Near 233rd Street East [Antelope Valley, CA]

Cristian Lopez Dies, Aaron Iribe Hospitalized Following Antelope Valley Crash

 
Antelope Valley, CA (December 14, 2020) – On Sunday, 35-year-old Aaron Iribe of Oakland sustained major injuries in a fatal crash near 233rd Street East.
 
The fatal crash happened at about 3:30 a.m. north of Avenue U, and left driver Cristian Lopez dead.
 
A 19-year-old La Quinta man was driving a 2016 Polaris Razor. He was heading north on a dirt field east of 233rd Street East.
 
Then suddenly, he turned his vehicle sharply to the left, which caused the vehicle to overturn. The vehicle rested on its right side in the dirt field.
 
As a result, Mr. Lopez sustained major injuries and died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, Aaron Iribe, the passenger, sustained major injuries and was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital.
 
Moreover, the CHP said drugs and/or alcohol were considered factors in the fatal 233rd Street accident.
