North Highlands, CA (December 19, 2020) – On Thursday, a 66-year-old woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Roseville Road.
The crash happened at around 6:30 p.m. south of Palm Avenue.
When responding officers arrived, they located the woman dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the authorities withheld the identity of the victim.
