Lanes Blocked Following Crash on Highway 46
Paso Robles, CA (December 26, 2020) – A crash occurred on Highway 46 east of Airport Road left 6 people injured on Thursday morning.
The incident took place on December 24 on Highway 46 on east of Airport Road at around 11 a.m.
According to the report, the California Highway Patrol and Paso Robles rescue units responded to the scene. However, it is still unknown what events caused the collision.
The crash led to the closure of lanes for traffic on the eastbound side of Highway 46 as the officers allow the CHP helicopter to land. Moreover, officers had to reduce the westbound side to one lane but has since been reopened.
Furthermore, the extent of the crash left six people hospitalized including one who reportedly suffered major injuries.
