SAN DIEGO, CA (March 28, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, a 56-year-old man suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash on 4000 Home Avenue.
 
According to San Diego Police Officer Robert Heims, the incident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. Moreover, it happened outside 4000 Home Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a 19-year-old man drove into a parked vehicle. Then, he struck a pedestrian and a second car in the Fairmont Park area.
 
As a result, a 56-year-old male pedestrian sustained a serious leg injury and responders took him to a hospital.
 
Heims added that the driver suffered from shoulder pain. Also, the authorities are investigating him for possibly driving under the influence.
