Five People Hurt after Four-Vehicle Collision on Highway 70 near Oakwood Lane

 
OROVILLE, CA (October 19, 2019) – Five people suffered injuries in a four-vehicle collision on Highway 70, Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 6:00 PM. Due to unknown reasons, four vehicles collided near Oakwood Lane.
 
Emergency responders confirmed that a total of five people suffered minor to major injuries. However, it is unknown whether or not they all required hospitalization. Updates on their current conditions remain undisclosed.
 
The CHP continues to investigate the cause of the collision. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
