1 Hurt in Santa Cruz Skateboard Accident on Front Street and Laurel Street
SANTA CRUZ, CA (February 23, 2021) – Recently, a 45-year-old skateboarder suffered injuries in a crash on Front Seat and Laurel Street.
The incident occurred at about 5:35 p.m. on Front Street and Laurel Street. When the officers and the Santa Cruz Fire Department arrived, they found a 45-year-old male victim lying on the roadway.
Lieutenant John Bush confirmed that the victim suffered significant but non-life-threatening injuries. Responders took him to the Dominican Hospital’s trauma center for treatment.
Meanwhile, the driver has been cooperative with the investigation. Also, the authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
