Construction Worker Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Garden Street
Redlands, CA (November 19, 2020) – On Tuesday, a 41-year-old San Bernardino man died in a pedestrian accident on Garden Street and Franklin Avenue.
The victim was a construction worker from Matich Corporation. Apparently, he was working on a blind spot behind a loaded gravel truck when a truck backed him over.
The authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the Cal/OSHA, San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, and the California Highway Patrol investigate the incident.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office did not release the deceased’s identity.
Similarly, the road repaving project will be delayed until further notice.
