Injuries Reported in Sebastopol Single-Vehicle Accident on High School Road
SEBASTOPOL, CA (August 21, 2022) – Friday night, four teenagers suffered injuries in a speeding crash on High School Road.
The incident happened at 10:03 p.m. in front of 1460 High School Road, near West County High School.
Responders transported four teenagers to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Two of them suffered major but non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the third person sustained minor injuries and the fourth was taken there as a precautionary measure.
According to reports, a 17-year-old male driver drove a Toyota Sequoia SUV with four passengers. Then, the driver lost control of the vehicle while driving at a high rate of speed.
As a result, the vehicle rolled over multiple times and eventually landed back on its wheels.
“He was just going a little too fast. We do not believe impairment was a factor,” deRutte said.
