4 Hurt Following Wrong-Way Collision in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 24, 2019) – Four people suffered injuries in a wrong-way collision Sunday afternoon on the 15 Freeway near Scripps Poway Parkway.
 
According to news reports, the crash took place around 3 p.m. on the northbound side of the 15 Freeway.
 
It is unclear as to why the driver was traveling in the wrong direction, but several cars were hit.
 
As a result of the crash, four people sustained injuries, one of whom is in critical condition.
 
The multi-car crash shut down the freeway lanes due to the investigation.
 
Because details are unclear at this point, officials are investigating the case further.
