Several Injured in Fiery Cajon Pass Accident

 
CAJON PASS, CA (December 23, 2019) — A Saturday fiery head-on crash at Old Cajon Boulevard and Applewhite Road left four people injured.
 
The two-vehicle accident happened around 4:55 p.m. When the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene, they found two cars fully engulfed in flames and a small vegetation fire.
 
Fortunately, all occupants managed to exit their respective vehicles. Firefighters quickly responded and tackled the flames that left the two cars charred.
 
Four people suffered unspecified injuries, including one who required critical attention.
 
The events that drove the crash are unclear at this time, but authorities are investigating this case further.
