3 Injured in Fresno Car Crash on Clinton Avenue
FRESNO, CA (July 22, 2020) – Monday afternoon, three people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Clinton Avenue.
At around 3:35 p.m. on July 20th, the crash happened on Clinton Avenue and N. Bond Street.
According to officers, the SUV stopped in front of the sedan on East Clinton Avenue. As a result, the two vehicles crashed and the impact caused both cars to overturn. Afterward, the SUV landed on the driver’s side in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, the silver sedan overturned and landed on its roof.
Responders transported the three patients to the hospital. One of them was an 8-year-old male who sustained a broken arm.
Furthermore, the authorities continue to investigate the crash. However, they already ruled out alcohol or drugs as factors in the collision.
