3 Injured in Interstate 5 Hit-and-Run Collision [Montlake Terrace, WA]

Montlake Terrace, WA (November 25, 2023) – Three people were injured following an Interstate 5 hit-and-run collision Wednesday.

According to WSP, a 2006 Nissan Armada and a 2005 Honda Accord were northbound on the freeway toward the 220th Street SW interchange.

Suddenly, the Nissan collided with the Honda and pushed it into a Jersey barrier.

The Nissan fled the scene right after the collision.

Responding medical staff transported 3 occupants of the Honda. The 34-year-old male driver was transported to Harborview Medical Center while the 2 passengers, ages 38 and 19, were taken to Providence Hospital in Everett. They are all from Bellingham.

Officers said all 3 were wearing their seatbelts when the collision happened.

Troopers are still investigating this traffic accident.
