Jason Quistian Arrested after DUI Crash on Lander Avenue in Turlock

Turlock, CA (July 29, 2023) – Sunday night, one person sustained injuries in a DUI crash on Lander Avenue and Montana Avenue.

Subsequently, police arrested 37-year-old Jason Quistian on the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury to another person.

The DUI crash on Lander Avenue happened on July 23.

Police located a black 2004 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. At least one person was injured, however, specific details were not available.

Based on the totality of the circumstances, officers determined that Quistian was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested.

Quistian was issued an administrative driver’s license suspension order and his vehicle was impounded.

Afterwards, Quistian was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.

Further investigation to determine the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
