2 Hospitalized in San Diego Auto Accident on State Route 94 near Federal Boulevard

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 9, 2021) – Monday morning, two people sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 94 near Federal Boulevard.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 3:20 a.m. A westbound Nissan Altima traveled on the eastbound lanes of SR-94 near Federal Boulevard and SR-125/SR-94 transition. Then, it collided head-on with a silver Volkswagen.
 
Furthermore, a witness pulled over and helped the injured drivers before first responders arrived.
 
Moreover, paramedics transported the two drivers to a hospital for treatment.
 
Also, authorities arrested the wrong-way driver.
