RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (April 13, 2021) – Monday afternoon, two people suffered injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 74 near Mountain Center.
 
According to reports, the crash happened at around 3:00 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Highway 74 near the 74/423 interchange, said the California Highway Patrol.
 
Apparently, a vehicle went off Highway 74 and crashed near Mountain Center.
 
As a result, a helicopter airlifted one person to Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment of serious injuries.
 
Meanwhile, a ground ambulance transported another patient to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the crash on Highway 74 near Mountain Center.
