Injuries Reported in Goleta Auto Accident on Glen Annie Road
GOLETA, CA (June 23, 2021) – Tuesday afternoon, two people sustained injuries in an ATV crash on Glen Annie Road.
According to Santa Barbara County Fire Department Capt. Daniel Bertucelli, the incident happened at around 12:15 p.m. Moreover, it occurred at the 700 block of North Glen Annie Road.
Reports revealed that an ATV crashed down 30 feet into a creekbed.
Furthermore, responding firefighters set up a high-angle rope system to bring a victim with serious injuries up for transport.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the victim to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in an AMR ambulance.
Also, officials confirmed that a second person riding the ATV when it crashed sustained minor injuries.
