2 Injured in Othello Auto Accident on Highway 17
OTHELLO, WA (July 12, 2020) – Early Friday afternoon, two people sustained injuries in a pickup truck crash on Highway 17 near Othello.
The two pickup trucks crashed at around 1:14 p.m. on Highway 17 and Cunningham Road. According to troopers, one of the trucks didn’t yield to an approaching pickup, which led to the crash
Afterward, the truck that was hauling a horse trailer or a camper crashed into a power pole and overturned.
Meanwhile, State Trooper John Bryant said that the causing driver and the passenger in the other truck suffered minor injuries. Responders transported them to the hospital.
Furthermore, the authorities cited the driver that caused the crash for failure to yield and driving without a valid driver’s license.
