2 Injured in Solano Two-Car Accident on 80 Freeway

 
SOLANO, CA (July 14, 2020) – Sunday evening, two people sustained injuries in an auto-crash on eastbound 80 Freeway.
 
According to reports, the crash between a Chrysler 200 and a Ford Econoline van happened around 7:35 p.m. According to Officer Dave Harvey, the major injury crash occurred on 80 Freeway, west of Lynch Road.
 
The Ford occupants did not sustain any injuries in the crash. However, the authorities confirmed that the Chrysler occupants were injured. Reports revealed that the driver suffered injuries. Meanwhile, the right-front passenger sustained major injuries. Thus, responders brought them to NorthBay Medical Center.
 
Also, the Fairfield Fire Department responded to the scene to assist in the cleanup.
 
At this time, the Solano-area California Highway Patro continues to investigate the crash.
