What Is Next After a Tragic Loss?
While driving is essential for many in order to move about in their lives and routines, it is one of the most dangerous activities. Car accidents are even considered a public health crisis.
Indeed, nearly 1.25 million people are killed in car accidents each year. That means, on average, auto accidents cause 3,287 deaths per day.
“The aftermath of tragic accidents can make everything difficult for a family. The last thing most families want to tend to is piles of paperwork, questions from insurance companies or defense attorneys, and attempting to obtain police reports. Grieving and handling legal claims don’t exactly go hand in hand. This is why hiring a seasoned attorney can not only provide you with peace of mind that you have a fighter in your corner, but also have someone make sure that your rights are respected. Above all, having legal representation after such a traumatic event will provide your family the space to heal while ensuring that justice is brought to your loved one,” says Mark Sweet, a seasoned attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
