1 Dead in Gilroy Car Collision on Highway 25
GILROY, CA (October 17, 2019) – A person died in a big rig collision on State Highway 25 on October 15.
The collision between two big-rigs happened after 7:35 a.m. on Highway 25 near Bolsa Road just north of the county line with San Benito County.
The crash sent a big-rig on its side, spilling fuel along the road for around 200 feet.
The identity regarding the person killed remains unavailable.
Authorities shut down Highway 25 between Bolsa Road and Bloomfield Avenue. However, police did not release any other information regarding the accident at this time.
