MISSION VALLEY, CA (September 22, 2021) – Tuesday morning, a person sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 163 and Interstate 8.
 
The incident occurred at about 9:00 a.m. when an SUV spun and hit a roadside barrier. Then, it crashed with a black Toyota sedan as it drove north on Mission Valley Freeway north of Interstate 8.
