1 Killed in Adelanto Pedestrian Accident on Air Expressway

 
ADELANTO, CA (March 17, 2020) – Late Friday evening, an unidentified pedestrian was killed in an accident on Adelanto Road and Air Expressway.
 
The incident occurred around 11:41 p.m., on March 13. According to reports, a car fatally struck a pedestrian at the intersection.
 
Medics immediately located the unresponsive pedestrian on the road, and pronounced them dead on scene. However, their identity remains undisclosed.
 
Meanwhile, the driver involved in the crash reportedly stopped and called the authorities.
 
The surrounding area on Adelanto Road was closed off for a brief time during preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since reopened.
 
In addition, the circumstances leading up are unclear. However, the crash currently remains under investigation.
