1 Killed and 2 Hospitalized in Vista Accident on Vale Terrace Drive near Williamston Street

 
VISTA, CA (July 26, 2021) – Saturday afternoon, a person died in a head-on crash on Vale Terrace Drive near Williamston Street.
 
According to authorities, the incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Vale Terrace Drive near Williamston Street, just west of Brengle Terrace Park.
 
Reports revealed that an eastbound white Mazda traveled at a high rate of speed. Then, it lost control and collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado on the westbound lanes.
 
Furthermore, responders rushed the 44-year-old driver of the Mazda to a hospital where he later died.
 
Also, paramedics transported a 44-year-old female Mazda passenger and the 77-year-old male Silverado driver to a hospital. Both of them sustained serious injuries.
 
The incident remains under investigation.
