ARLETA, CA (June 12, 2022) – Friday night, a person died in a pedestrian crash on 5 Freeway and 170 Freeway.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey, the incident happened at around 9:56 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on southbound 5 Freeway and 170 Freeway.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
Furthermore, the incident blocked all southbound lanes of the Golden State Freeway.
